Very helpful and friendly staff, hygiene is top notch, quiet place, elevator is out of service but every other thing is awesome 😎

The check-in was smooth and quick. Staff was really friendly and willing to help us. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean all days. The bathroom was clean Occidental style.

The location is good and the room is generally comfortable. The guest staying next door had been smoking since we arrived, and on top of that, he had the door open, which caused the smell in our room as well. (There are NO SMOKING signs everywhere.)
We asked reception to fix this, but they clearly did NOTHING because the person continued smoking.
Because of that my review is not good.
