The only issue is with the Aircon which is set to 24 and cant be changed or adjusted to lower temperatures. When you close the window it feels hot inside the room. Also if they can add more bright lights that would be great as well.
However the above observation are based on my personal experience and preferences. But overall an amazing hotel with all the amenities from swimming pool to gym for a perfect business as well as family stay.

Even worse than last stay.

After one and half year, stay this hotel again and would like to see it gets better.
I don’t think anything improved and the food quality is still bad. The staff can’t help because their ownership has very strict policy which can’t change twin beds to the king bed room.
The location is ok. There are still many good choices and can get rid of this hotel.

The front desk Ada , she checked me in and gave a smile every time when I passed the lobby. The trainee Jonathan was very helpful , when my tablet could not connect to Internet. 👍👍👍👏👏👏

It was great to stay at Le Meridien Shanghai Caobao Road. Nice ambiance, clean rooms and up to the mark service makes it more enjoyable.
