Wonderful hotel in a great location, with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Kids especially enjoy the in-door swimming pool and the in-room bath tub. Will come back again when visiting the city next time.

Wonderful experience at Hilton Xi’an

We stayed at the Hilton in Xi’an for 3 nights with our family and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and spa area, which we really enjoyed during our stay.
Breakfast had a very good variety — naturally more tailored towards Chinese guests, but there were also plenty of continental options, all fresh and tasty.
What truly made the stay special was the outstanding service from Jason, Ada, and Elchin. They went above and beyond to help us, including arranging an airport transfer for my family and preparing breakfast takeaway bags for us because we had an early train on the day of check-out. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Thank you again to the whole team for making our family stay so comfortable and memorable.

You can always rely on a Hilton

Stayed for 2 nights during our trip to China. Lovely room, comfortable bed and clean. What more could you want!
Breakfast was good. Can’t say the same for the food in the restaurants. The Chinese restaurant was dreadful. Dirty table cloth and the food was not good. We would have tried the buffet, but on both nights they were about to close, even though on the second night we were there at 7.00pm.
