Excellent hotel
This is a definitely a good choice. The rooms are confortable, the buffer breakfast offers a wide range of fresh fruits, Colombian pastries, and cooked fair. Other amenities such as the gym, steam room, and other spa options are excellent. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Very clean hotel overall, spacious, helpful and kind staff, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options, more than one common area. I read there is a jacuzzi on site but we did not visit it.

As always this is a great one-night stay, shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a plus, the only thing is that they always try to switch to a lower room. keep an eye out for that. they try again to do that to me, and I warn the reception desk that I know the trick they quickly corrected and put me on the suite I book

The airport shuttle was easy to find and fast. It took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. I was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, which had a double bed and a twin bed and sofa with a partition between the double bed and the twin and sofa. Having the space was helpful. The shower was beautifully designed, and the products were good. The room I was in needs some maintenance - the window wouldn't close properly after I opened it, the sound on the tv shut down, and the window blinds were broken. Having a water filter by the elevator was terrific. Breakfast was adequate and is full of breaded items of different kinds. I really liked the pigs in a blanket and the spicey sauce. You can walk to some shops in 15-20 minutes. All in all, it served its purpose for a one-night stay.

To confirm tourist status at check-in, you may present the immigration stamp in your passport or the Andean Immigration Card or Mercosur Card, which details the foreign visitor's entry into Colombia (date and type of entry). Alternatively, follow immigration authorities' verification instructions. Colombian citizens holding dual nationality are not considered foreign tourists or non-resident visitors in Colombia and therefore do not qualify for VAT refunds (as per Article 1.6.1.23.3 of Decree 1067/2015). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the obligation to pay the tax upon arrival at the hotel. * We offer a free airport-hotel-airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, available 24 hours a day. Upon arrival at El Dorado Airport, please proceed to the first floor, in front of Exit 1. If you arrive at terminal 2 (Puente aéreo), kindly head to Gate 2.
For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
