Kindly improve the service

I checked in from April 22nd to 24th, 2025 and stayed in Room 213. During my stay, I was attended to by three charming and courteous front desk staff. The location and room rate were reasonable, considering the hotel’s condition and facilities.

Key Card Issue
I reported an issue where I was unable to open my room door using the key card. Proposed Solution (from staff): “We’re happy to assist you by opening the door every time.”
Note: This solution is not practical and lacks privacy. You may check the CCTV for reference from 22nd April 2025 (6.30pm) to 24th April 2025 (8.45am).

Electricity
The power supply in the room kept cutting in and out. I informed the front desk about this issue.
Solution: The staff attempted to fix it themselves using their own knowledge.
Note: I was concerned for their safety, as it seemed risky for untrained staff to handle electrical problems.

Room Condition
The room was under renovation and equipped with a brand-new air-conditioner. During my stay, the hotel was fully booked, and this was the only room available. I sympathize with the pressure placed on the three kind and helpful staff members.
However, the toiletries were insufficient — the shower gel was empty and was not refilled even the next day. Additionally, the bathroom sink was cracked and had been glued together, almost like a piece of artwork.

It appeared that the person in charge had left the staff to handle all matters on their own, which seemed unfair and unprofessional.
