So good in February we’re going back in June
When we arrived at the hotel we had a double room with garden view booked but as a premier rewards member was due an upgrade. There was some confusion for an hour as they put us in rooms which had been occupied and not cleaned. They put us in the Panorama apartment on the top floor (note: no lifts) which was amazing.
We ordered breakfast for a few mornings and due to the check in issues they provided the first morning as complimentary which was a lovely touch.
Rooms were spacious, well equipped and modern. They remained cool and cleaned daily which was really nice. All in all the staff were fantastic from reception, butlers, security and cleaners.
It was so good that my wife and I have just booked to return for 9 nights in June 2026. Yes in just over a week. I’d say you need a car for this accommodation so you can go get food to cook or take away. We had a good mix of eating in and out.
It’s also lovely and quiet. Just what we were looking for. And we did get use of the facilités at the Radisson Blu Resort on the beach. Gym, yoga mats and sunbeds.
Loved it.

Worst Hotel Experience We've Ever Had
We booked a three-bedroom apartment on 9th July, but when we arrived to check in at 11:00 pm on 20th July, after a long flight with our children, we were told that only a two-bedroom apartment was available because the hotel was fully booked. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and I have never experienced a hotel failing to provide the accommodation that had been booked and confirmed weeks in advance.
As it was late at night and we had just come off our flight, we had no choice but to accept the two-bedroom apartment. However, after seeing the condition of the accommodation, we simply could not stay. The bedroom doors did not lock, which was a serious security concern. The toilet smelled strongly of sewage, making the apartment unbearable, and there were fleas in the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were completely unacceptable.
We checked into the apartment at around 11:00 pm but checked out again at approximately 3:00 am because the conditions were so poor. With nowhere else to go in the middle of the night, we were forced to sleep in our car until we could find suitable accommodation for our family the following morning. No family should ever be put in that position after arriving from a flight.
The lack of organisation, failure to honour our booking, poor hygiene, and complete disregard for guest comfort turned what should have been the start of a family holiday into a stressful and exhausting ordeal.
This is, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Between the incorrect room, the hygiene issues, the security concerns, and the fact we were left with no option but to sleep in our car, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Excellent
Hotel staff very friendly.
We were concerned with only being breakfast but lots of local takeaways deliver and we did two taxi trips to Carrefour in Agadir over our week for supplies and they sell alcohol.
Breakfast served to the roll is really good, fresh omelettes, pastries, bread, orange juice, Moroccan tea. The breakfast cafe is now open so you can go there now too.
Pool is getting a bar which was getting finished during our stay.
Shuttle to other Radisson hotel when you want and walk along beach into Taghazout which is soo nice. Surfing, restaurants, shops etc.
Panoramic view room was incredible, balcony is huge!!

We had a lovely terrace facing the pool. The pool area was so clean and well looked after. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the shuttle car down to the other hotel was brilliant as you could then walk along the path to the town ( even at night!)
Would love to stay again
