Room was clean and functional. They upgraded me to a room with an amazing view. Staff was nice and helpful. Kitchenette had no coffee maker or coffee mugs. Overall facility was worn. Nice pool area. Overall, good but not great.

Terrible experience

The only good thing about this resort is the view
Room old outdated dirty!
Small kitchenette but no pots dishwashing soap or sponge
Was told we had to bring our own
Cupboards old
No place to hang clothes
When we complained about no WiFi in room at the end of our trip we were told it was a different sign in !
How about informing us at check in ?
Service Non Existent!
Had to ask for hair dryer!
Only given 2 towels
No wash cloths
Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Worst Kept Hotel in Cancun

This place is the biggest dump in Cancun. When we got there it looked worse than a motel 6 or giant Mexican bathroom. It hasn't been repainted or remodeled in probably 50 years. Zero amenities. Toilets barely flush and you can't flush toilet paper so your room will smell like poop. You even have to buy your own drinking water and lug it to your room because the hotel doesn't provide this. Everything there looks like it's falling apart and dirty. The only good things are the beachfront, good security, and restaurant... and the staff was good overall. But we will never stay there again. Every other hotel in the area is better. Look at my attached pictures and you will see this clearly.

This is one of the worst places to stay, Staff at front desk were worthless didn’t know how to handle basic things.
Someone entered one of my rooms and left a mess I complained and all they said was that no one had a key but me
Which is not true housekeeping and maintenance also have keys
But looking around no one needed a key
Because door look like it had been broken into and they done nothing..
Another one of my rooms battery stop working to read card and all they said was I had to wait 24 hours until maintenance could get to it I was lock out of the room I paid for, FOR a whole 24 hrs.. no let me get you a new room no nothing
Please if you can afford it go somewhere else….

Old but clean. Nice pool and beach. Beds and pillows very firm. WiFi was very inconsistent. Never could get it to work in my room. Providing complimentary bottled water would be great. Good to have mini-mart on grounds. They are very serious about no smoking on grounds. Don’t think I will stay there again.
