Decent Budget Accommodation with great views and pool
The rooms won't win any awards. They are moderatly cleanish and have the basic amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds are not with worse mexican beds that I have slept in, but don't expect to melt away into a fine slumber.
The level of facility is reflected in its fairly modest pricing. There is no phone or internet service and the "hot" water is mostly luke warm when you finally get some. Mind you, with the temperatures in MX, you don't really need "hot" per se.
The pool is cute and in a state of moderate repair. The water is clean and a great temp to cool down during the day. The rooftop has absolutely spectacular views of the town and bay down below.
It wouldn't take much of an investment to clean this place up to a higher standard, but if you are looking for a decent budget friendly solution, keep this on your list. The manager is quite nice, although there is zero english in his repetiore, but we were able to fully communicate using Google translate and he was very responsive to any requests that we had.
