Hotel in the heart of Uxmal.

An extraordinary hotel, beautiful, clean, delicious food, attentive employees, and transportation included from the Calkini Maya train station. You call to reserve your arrival time; the ruins are 3 km away, and they take you if you schedule the visit. Everything is incredible.

Relaxing vacations!

Excellent new hotel with great service and delicious food!
We enjoyed the pool!
If you arrive in Maya Train, they have the shuttle service for free.

Great hotel semi-hidden in the jungle.

It is a great hotel in a new area near the Uxmal ruins, belonging to the Mundo Maya hotel chain.
At all times we felt perfectly taken care of by all the staff, an exceptional and very large team, despite it being the low season and us being almost alone in the entire hotel.
The facilities are magnificent, new, well-maintained, and clean. The room was very comfortable.
Just to note that the signs to get there from the main road to Uxmal are practically invisible or nonexistent, something incredible for a hotel of this category. It was very difficult for us to locate the entrance, a 7 km paved road that leads to the hotel.

I have found my favourite vacation spot in the yucatan! Staying at the Mundo Maya Uxmal hotel was a 10/10 experience for us. We originally booked two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband and I both thought it was just going to regular 4 star hotel near the popular Uxmal ruins in the nearby town. Oh was I so wrong! This hotel is situated in the bio reserve area in the Nuevo Uxmal park. The grounds were beautiful and immaculatly maintained by their dedicated staff

We stayed in 4 of these new hotels within 2 weeks. This one was empty and felt sad to be so forgotten and unused after a year.
The hotel DESPERATELY NEEDS SIGNS ON THE ROAD. You have to call for directions. Google Maps is wrong and staff knows this. Unlike every other hotel, this was unmarked and we spent over an hour trying to navigate without a WiFi signal.
The road to the hotel is long with blind spots. It will take 20 min from the road. Not sure who planned that absurd bike line but a two lane would feel safer.
The price and pool, amenities staff are great but wow, but a sign on the road or send txts to guests like the others did.
Food was best here.
