Price performance & location top

Top centrally located on Taumadhi Square, a few minutes to Durbar Square. Traditional Newar house with rooftop restaurant. From here and the rooms overlook the Nyatapola Temple. Rooms: spacious, cozy, mosquito screen on windows, large bathroom, everything clean. Value for money top. Breakfast at Rooftop Resto, for the price absolutely OK. Friendly service.
Restaurant: fantastic view, very large selection, good value for money, large portions, very good taste.

Tasty food with a nice ambience

The restaurant with a breathtaking view of historic cityscape (nyata pola) with a perfect atmosphere for special occasions, the food was very well presented also very tasty with attentive and friendly service. A must visit for an unforgettable moments

Little gem with a temple view

We went up to the rooftop for drinks and snacks only. Had no idea what to expect but the view looked good. The staff are so polite and very attentive. The food and drinks excellent quality and value. Cheap cocktails! Great view of the square too.

No welcome at all

Dear Staff at the welcome desk of Empire Rooftop bar,
Visit was disappointing. The staff ignored us upon arrival. When we asked for an outdoor table for drinks, we were curtly told it was for reservations only. We left feeling unappreciated

Good place !

The best service, always very attentive and the view is the best in the city, we enjoyed the terrace and the warmth of everyone who runs this place.
You can enjoy a good breakfast or a romantic dinner with the most beautiful view. Relationship. Excellent price and quality ratio
