Lovely night away.

Nice little hotel in super location. Close to Deventer, Zutphen and Apeldoorn. Rooms slightly dated but that is reflected in the price. Restaurant very good and staff very friendly!

Fine, but not special

Great food in the restaurant of this hotel.
Good service although we lacked a little enthusiasm.
The food was average.
Unfortunately, the asparagus was not peeled and chewy properly.
Too bad because the price was not tender either.

Bad far too expensive hotel

Way too expensive! Old, small room, bad beds, vitrage with cracks in it, cold bathroom very old, not being able to blow dry your hair in front of a mirror. No kettle in the room, but downstairs but with dirty glass tea strainers, steep stairs with hot tea. No thanks never again. That for 130 euros without breakfast.
First reported in hotel, had to pay full price, after mail a kind of excuse but the question for discount no longer answered.

Basic but fine if you want to stay near the center of Twello.

We stayed here with our family for 2 days.
Pros:
Friendly staff, friendly staff. Soft beds but still slept fine. Possibility to get a packed lunch is very convenient.
Breakfast is very basic but adequate.
Cons:
If you want to shower late at night, the hot water is gone. One of the towels waiting for us was full of mold stains.
There is no possibility to make coffee or tea in your room, you can make coffee or tea downstairs at the restaurant, but the kettle that is there is empty and there is no tap nearby so then you have to get water with the kettle in your hotel room, very inconvenient. Teabags were also gone, by the way.
The mini shower gel that was ready was already half empty, so not unused.

Ok for 1 night

Attractive hotel with spacious restaurant and terrace. Room dated though. Floor coverings can come out. Mattress seems high, but completely collapses. Needs a replacement. Bathroom is cramped but functional: toilet, sink, walk-in shower. Shower head without high pressure and may also be replaced.
Window can open, but traffic starts moving around 5:30.
Breakfast fine, fresh juice, coffee, sandwich, cracker, yogurt, egg, sweet spreads and cheese, cold cuts.
For 1 night though ok.
