super friendly!!!

A big thank you to the Hotel Trebeltal! We called early in the evening because our car had broken down, got a room, even dinner and the next day "asylum" in the restaurant as we were waiting for the garage to call us back. And then the hotel manager even offered to drive us quickly (5km) to Demmin so that we could wait there for the car and not lose any more time. Thank you very much again! Overall very friendly staff, everyone was sympathetic to our breakdown! And the breakfast really made up for the turbulence! Family M. from Dresden

Recovery location

Somewhat remotely located, this hotel is overseeing wide fields and supports relaxation. Staff is nice, breakfast very good, and other amenities are fair as well. Nearby is a rental station for kayak at the river Peene.

Ok but need to work on service

The receptionist when we arrived was a bit ”unfriendly” when she realised we was talking english. She only answered in German and didn’t say she couldn’t english. We tried in German and managed to work it out. But you please, you dont have to loose your servicemind just because a language barrier.
The room was in good standard but we found hair in the sink... Not ok!
The food was good! But please tell the chef it’s not ok to drink when you’re working.

Ein "Hunde freundliches" Hotel ....

Bereits zur Begrüßung wurde unwirsch bekanntgegeben, daß Hunde das Hotel nicht betreten dürfen.
Dabei hatten wir 2 Pers. + Hund avisiert. Natürlich darf auch kein Hund in das Restaurant, (Fliesenboden) nur auf die Terrasse darf Hund mit, muß allerdings 1x ums Hotel laufen um zur Terrasse zu gelangen.
Unser Hund ist bereits 11 Jahre alt, kann keine Treppe mehr steigen. Es wurde uns versichert, daß ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Tagsüber funktioniert er auch. Allerdings wird er vom Personal um 22.00 Uhr, mittels Klebestreifen, außer Betrieb gesetzt. Somit tragen wir unsere betagte Boxerdame 2 Etagen herunter und logischerweise auch wieder hinauf.
In ihrem Prospekt heißen Sie ihre Gäste herzlich willkommen in ihrem Hotel in „absolut ruhiger Lage“. Da kommt man sich als Gast echt veralbert vor: vor dem Haus die stark befahrene Landesstraße 27 und hinter der Tennisanlage eine LKW Speditionsfirma.
Erwähnenswert auch noch die vielen Düsenjets, wovon Angestellte nichts mitbekommen. Von der Geruchsbelästigung morgens und abends nach Silage / Kuhstall ganz zu Schweigen. Selbst der Teppichboden glänzt mit unendlichen Flecken, könnte eine Nass Reinigung gebrauchen oder besser gleich ersetzt werden. Obendrein sind die Zimmer winzig klein bei Temperaturen von über 30°C sehr von Vorteil. Von „3 Sterne Superior“ kann man Besseres erwarten.

Schade eigenltich

Das Hotel an sich, obwohl vielleicht etwas altmodisch, war voellig akzeptabel, saubere Zimmer, Lage, und Komfort voellig in Ordnung. Man sollte ueber Rollaeden oder Verdunklungsvorhaenge nachdenken, da das Tageslicht ab vier Uhr morgens in die Zimmer scheint. Das Personal, die Chefin inbegriffen, zeigte sich merkwuerdig unflexible und auf unerklaerliche Weise nicht daran interessiert den Gaesten entgegenzukommen. Statt in neues Dekor zu investieren sollte man an einer besseren Eintellung arbeiten.
