The staff were most helpful and friendly. They were always willing to give information and help with making reservations, printing, and directions. Easy walk to the train station and definitely convenient for the convention center

Unfortunately, the foundation is right, but service, noise, and maintenance are significantly lacking.

I booked the hotel for several nights and occupied a "standard room." Unfortunately, the room did not meet what one would expect from a modern standard.
The room itself appeared very simple (PVC flooring, open cable channels), which would have been acceptable if the rest had matched. Unfortunately, there was also a clear need for improvement in terms of appearance and maintenance. The sanitary area appeared unloving and unkempt – the installations under the sink had visible holes in the tiles and exposed pipes, which were not very reassuring. The ceiling lamp in the room also showed visible dirt and cracks in the lampshade. Unfortunately, the overall impression did not convey that of a well-maintained hotel, but rather that of a worn-out guesthouse.
However, the biggest point of criticism is the location of the room: It is located directly next to the hotel restaurant and the outdoor terrace. Without air conditioning and in warm temperatures, one was forced to open the window, which led to significant noise. The window often had to remain closed, which made the room very stuffy and warm.
The service also left much to be desired. Room service was not provided during my stay, despite explicit inquiries at the reception. Even for smaller concerns, it was noticeable that the staff at the reception were very hesitant and had to call the "boss" for every decision – this seemed not very customer-friendly. Unfortunately, a room change upon request was not possible, although I was fortunately able to be moved to another room at least on the last day of my stay.
Additionally, there were technical deficiencies: The Wi-Fi was unstable and disconnected multiple times, and even basic items like shampoo in the bathroom were not provided.
Conclusion:
The hotel may be fundamentally acceptable, but for the price and the designation "standard room," the amenities are too basic, the service too inflexible, and the noise pollution (without cooling) is a massive problem. The condition of the bathroom fixtures and the lighting should be urgently addressed by the hotel. Unfortunately, I can only recommend it to a limited extent.

Never again. Fortunately, there is a large and much better selection in Münster, which are also even better.

Never again, what a way. Room cancelled a week before arrival, although we had booked months ago. No reason why it hit us and also offered no compensation or similar. Getting a different room during Christmas time in Münster was hardly possible and only at very high prices.

Simple hotel which doesn't surprise.

The hotel is alongside a busy road but you are not bothered by it during sleeping.
Our room had access to the balcony that you share with four other rooms. No problem as you can easily lock off your room via the electric blinds. Also quite handy to darken the room as the curtains are not very dark and don't close very good. The hotel room was sufficiently spacious and had sufficient seating, but the bathroom was really small. It didn't have a working ventilation so everything got very damp soon. Also because the warm water regulation was difficult. Also the elevator is quite small.
The staff was a bit distant, though there to help. The hotel has a separate garage for bikes as we were informed beforehand through quite direct messages and responses beforehand. Apart from that there is not a lot of facilities the hotel offers other than cold drinks from a central fridge. No fridges or coffeemaker in the room. Simple amenities in the bathroom.
The entourage of the hotel is all a bit faint and there is hardly anything that you will remember of this hotel after a while.
