This was my first time in the Bristol and to be honest it's one of the best stays I have had.
The room was excellent and cleaned in a regular basis and the bed was really comfortable a D the location of the hotel was excellent and I hope to stay again soon.

Bad room and indifferent staff

The Junior Suite room (higher standard) in a 5‑star hotel has half of its window view obstructed, and it is also located below the level of the patio, which means that any person passing by can easily look directly into the room — zero privacy, as shown in the attached photo. The reception is unable to offer any solution, and the receptionist is essentially indifferent. Totally not what I expect from a 5* property!

Amazing

Location of the hotel is perfect for exploring everything and enjoying evening time in the center. Everything was very good and we had an amazing time. We were there for the XX International Folklore of Polonia Groups, which we enjoyed immensely.

Great hotel experience

Elegant and stylish hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good food, pleasant decor and modern fittings; we were staying while attending a wedding nearby. Excellent hotel experience and would happily return if we are ever in this area again!

Disappointing stay overall

Style over substance in terms of decor. Sink in the room instead of in the bathroom. Had to be careful when showering as it had a shower screen rather than an enclosure so if you positioned wrongly the water could reach the wooden bedroom floor as bathroom door was a “saloon” style. Shower gel dispenser came off in my husbands hand when using it - wasn’t screwed in- just struck in the wall with some sort of plastic adhesive. And worse thing of all only 1 set of towels and 1 robe in the room so my husband - in a room booked for 2 guests-and I had to share those towels 4 times in a heatwave. I would have mentioned this to the reception staff when checking out but none of them asked if we had enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure they cared if we enjoyed our stay or not. they were quite cold and indifferent
