Welcoming camp-style resort

A good pick for families going to the amusement park. We had reserved a tipi but were warned that a youth group was staying in that part of the campground and offered a free upgrade to a bungalow. We were warned about mosquitoes, but they only came out for an hour or so at twilight and didn't seem to be a problem at other times. The two main windows in the bungalow had screens, in any case - that's rare in Europe. The bungalow was otherwise well appointed, too - good kitchenware etc. Prices were higher than equivalent lodging elsewhere in Poland, but the tipi would have been an interesting novelty and the bungalow was more or less right for what we paid.

Not what you expect

Some Unfriendly staff, especially at the reception. Rolling their eyes at any request. Also almost No English speaking staff and VERY poor internet service at the entire park/resort.
Not what you will expect from a ‘resort’
However, the breakfast was good with great selection. The girls at the breakfast was nice and polite though.

very nice surroundings

A small house (4 people) in a very nice and peaceful park. House did have everything that we needed for overnight sleep, but it was a bit dark inside and the cleanliness was not perfect though acceptable as we were in the middle of the nature.
Definitely a perfect spot for those visiting ZATORLAND as all the parks are within walking distance of the property with other two, Energylandia and Inwald (far better!) being reachable by car in a few minutes.

Kolejna udana wizyta w karczmie.

Korzystaliśmy tylko z karczmy River Park. Rodzinny obiad przy okazji wizyty w Zatorland. To nasza druga wizyta i znowu mega oceniam. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, cisza i spokój. Miła obsługa. Super strefa dla dzieci jako Mini Golf. Przystępne ceny. Do zobaczenia!

Bardzo źle wrażenie

Do ośrodka dotarliśmy okolo godziny 19:40. Po udaniu się do recepcji spotkaliśmy Panią która z niej wychodziła i po klucze odesłala nas do ochrony. Pan z ochrony był bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Po zaprowadzeniu nas do domku przekazał informacje, że klucze zwrócić do recepcji przy wymeldowaniu. W kuchni łóżka ustawione w przejściu, bardzo nie praktycznie. Postanowiliśmy połączyć dwa łóżka pojedyncze. Niestety po przesunięciu naszym oczom ukazał się ogromny grzyb o bardzo silnym zapachu maskowanym wcześniej wspomnianym łóżkiem i szafka nocną. Zacząłem dzwonić pod 3 numery podane na stronie, niestety pod żaden nie udałoi się dodzwonić. Odrazu udaliśmy się do Pana z ochrony, który po chwili wertowania kartek znalazł dla nas inny domek co nas bardzo ucieszyło. Niestety rano przy wymeldowaniu Pani oznajmiła nam, że musimy dopłacić, bo zmieniliśmy domek na większy. Nasze zdziwienie było ogromne jednak Pani powtarzała, że musimy dopłacić. Dopiero po pokazaniu zdjęcia z ogromnym ochydnym grzybem stwierdziła, że nie musimy dopłacać. Żadnego przepraszam za narażanie naszego zdrowia (jestem alergikiem i astmatykiem) niestety nie usłyszeliśmy.
