Serious lack of assistance during a medical emergency
We attended the Wonder Family Fest with our family. My wife became unwell, and the staff’s response was deeply disappointing. Almost no one was willing to help us. Only one member of the security team intervened and called an ambulance.
When we asked for help accompanying my wife to the car, our request was refused. At a venue that hosts events for families, we would have expected greater care, responsibility, and proper preparation for medical situations.
This experience left us with the impression that, during a genuine moment of need, the safety and assistance of visitors were not treated with the seriousness they deserved. A very upsetting and disappointing experience.

Five stars prices, three stars conditions
To start the review on a positive note, need to say that the staff is great, really there to help, that you can charge free your electric vehicle during your stay, and also the breakfast is quite divers. Otherwise, the place is far from everything, no shuttle for the city if you want to visit. Rooms are very small and you can clearly hear what your neighbor is doing , totally out of a 5 star standard, the bathroom was exactly 3 sqm. Food at the restaurant is priceless, but very average, and you can have all type of surprises. The spa and pool are placed in the main building, you need to walk outside in bathrobe and slippers if you want to reach it...which can be quite tricky if the outside temperature is below zero! Very strange, the vertical systematization of the entire complex is very bad, it is quite challenging to move between the buildings (and can become impossible in winter time and icy conditions), and the cars are parked exactly like on a ski slope!

Disappointing spa experience at Wonderland
Unfortunately, my visit to the spa at Wonderland was quite disappointing. The spa area is quite small and poorly maintained. There are only 9 chairs (wood + thin textile) which are extremely uncomfortable - after only a few minutes the wooden bar digs into the back of your knees and hamstrings and becomes painful. There are no proper loungers, no mattresses, no cushions, meaning you cannot lie down comfortably on a soft surface to truly relax.
The pool handrails are unstable and visibly rusted. The jacuzzi has the same rusted handrail and was dirty in some areas.
The salt room (salina) - there are a few wooden chairs, one wooden lounger and an old, abandoned fitness machine, also rusted. Parts of the salt walls are damaged, with plaster visibly exposed, and there is even a salt “stalactite” hanging from the ceiling that looks like it could fall at any moment, making the space feel potentially dangerous.
The changing rooms are very cramped, and the hair dryer was broken.
The fitness area is also poorly maintained, with old, rusted equipment; the Smith machine felt very unstable and unsafe to use.
The dry and wet saunas were acceptable, however even there the lack of maintenance was noticeable — in the steam sauna, the shower was partially detached from the wall.
While the spa price is decent, I would personally prefer to pay more for a cleaner, safer, and better-maintained experience. Overall, the spa left me with the impression of being old, kitschy, worn-out, and in some areas even dangerous, especially the salt room.
I would not recommend this spa unless significant renovations and maintenance improvements are made

Ok ....ish
The experience was ok .the Spa is very small.with 10 people the pool is full.the rooms need renovation in the main building.the fact that you have to go from a building from another is quite an inconvenience.overall is ok but not quite the experience we would expect.the staff in the breakfast area very friendly .
