We are deeply concerned by your detailed account of your recent business stay with us. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the completely unacceptable experience you have described. The conditions you've outlined regarding cleanliness, maintenance and service response fall far below the standards we strive to maintain and are absolutely not reflective of our commitment to guest comfort and safety, in this one instance.
We take your specific comments about room cleanliness, carpet condition, bathroom hygiene, and mold presence with the utmost seriousness. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been immediately mobilized to conduct a comprehensive deep-cleaning and inspection of all rooms. We are also reinforcing our cleaning protocols and implementing more rigorous daily inspections to prevent any recurrence of these issues.
The service failures you described, including the unattended reception and lack of responsive action from management, are particularly troubling. We are conducting immediate retraining with our front desk team and revisit new procedures to ensure constant reception coverage and more effective handling of guest concerns.
With regards to the room issues, while we do offer various room categories including some without windows as common in urban boutique hotels, we acknowledge this should never compromise basic cleanliness, ventilation, or comfort. We are reviewing all room allocations to ensure proper ventilation and addressing any moisture-related issues immediately.

There were shops close by and the MRT was across the road. For the price, the place was OK. Rooms were tiny but tidy. Basic amenities and staff were very nice. Didn't know that they did not have elevators.

Noce room but the ground floor rooms are directly next to the street, passers by can look in an its a bit noist.
