5 star for professional and friendly service from Ainee & Yilin

This was a last-minute, budget hotel booking for five nights. To save money, I followed the platform's advice and switched from a double room to a twin room after three nights. However, during check-in, Ainee and Yilin, who speak Mandarin, learned that I was staying alone the entire time and arranged for me to stay in the double room without needing to switch. When I asked if they had chopsticks, spoons, or plastic bags, they responded promptly and prepared what I needed, even though they weren't obligated to provide them.
Thank you so much for their service! Five-star recommendation!

Clean and good rooms. Room and bathroom is small but serves thr purpose.

Staff allowed us early check in.
Room is small, but clean. Bed is comfortable. Air Cond is powerful.
Not in the best neighbourhood, but easily accessable to many restaurants and close to Old Airport Road Food Court.
Ideal for budget accommodation.

This property would suite a single or couple for a short stay, who wanted to explore Singapore not stay in the room. It is a budget hotel, in a lower socioeconomic area. Having said that, the area is sill safe and restaurants open a lot later and transport like mrt is close. Staff friendly and hotel clean.
