Great service, dirty room, needs updated

For more than $300 per night, I expected better. I travel A LOT for work and this is by far the most expensive hotel I’ve stayed at and it was so lacking… The rooms look nothing like the photos online, it was dark, dirty and in need of a major upgrade. *see photos* Stains on the furniture, carpet, walls and lamps. Dust and dirty fingerprints on surfaces. All I could think is if I were spending my own money on this I would be devastated. The lobby was gorgeous and very clean and modern. Front desk staff were very helpful and professional and valet was super quick and super kind. So you can imagine the disappointment when I got to my room. Also, I wish there had been a smart TV.

Need some improvements

The staff were great at the front desk, bar area and valet. Building and housekeeping need some work. The room didn’t look like the pictures online. Got to my room it was dark and dirty. The carpet was gross. Wore shoes or socks while in room. It was dusty, I asked for an extra blanket and what they gave me was a cheap foam blanket with holes. The tub spout was broke and the outlets had mold & dust in them. You didn’t need to look close to see that. The curtains had stains on them . I have stayed at multiple Hiltons and this one was not good. They also need to work on security. I went into the women’s restroom and I noticed someone else in one of the stalls. After I got in there my husband said a homeless man came out and he told an employee but they were in no rush to respond.

I was in room 1102. If you sit quietly in the bathroom you can hear wster running every 5 minutes. Probably a toilet in the next room. Might want to fix that problem.
