Family Reunion 2026

We celebrate our family reunion at courtyard and springhill suites.
The hotel and staff were amazing. Tracy, Keneyetta, Lori, Barbara, Latonia, and Natalie made my family feel right at home and were great time.

Meh!

The location is great! Things to do within walking distance. Front desk employees are polite and helpful. Go down on elevator and there are the pools, beach. Hopefully, you’re not too thirsty because you have to run back up to the hotel to get food or drinks because there’s nothing by the pool, a big negative considering the cost of stay. Don’t look for a poolside bar. The worst for me, again considering the amount of money we paid to stay, housekeeping is terrible!! Don’t expect any actual cleaning to happen! We are extremely neat and tidy. However, bare minimum was done. No cleaning of bathroom countertops, sinks, or bathtub. They’ll pick up your towels, give you toilet paper and tissues if you’re running low. Don’t leave crumbs or anything that need to be wiped off anything. No surfaces are touched. But, they’re more than happy to take the tip you left them in the hopes of actually getting a room cleaned. For the price, I expect more in terms of cleanliness, especially since your beds are so-so! No breakfast, which you get at an economy hotel; no shuttle to and from airport unless you learn the secret code to go two buildings over to book a shuttle in the hopes that you won’t have to wait too long outside in the heat because there’s nowhere to sit while you wait. We’re not high-rollers, nor are we cheap. For the cost of the suite we had, I expected much more, especially since the hotel next door wasn’t much more expensive but included more. Found out they have same owners. Next time, because Myrtle Beach is beautiful, I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

The rooms were very clean as well as the property. You have access to several pools, the lazy river and water slides. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the beach is beautiful. The bar also has great cocktails. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

One of the best vacations we have had as a family! Our deepest thanks to Will who made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Everyone we came in contact with was more than thoughtful and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Being able to see the beach from many spots at the hotel was just what our family needed. We will surely be back when time allows!
