Sorry!!!

I am writing to express my complete disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.During the booking process for this business trip, my colleague was never informed that the hotel does not provide parking. Upon my arrival, I was surprised to find out that there was no parking space available for me. Furthermore, I was told that I could not even pay for a parking spot because it had not been reserved in advance. As a result, I was forced to look for parking on my own throughout the streets of Maribor.To make matters worse, the receptionist provided incorrect instructions on how to exit the city center. The exit code she gave me was also wrong, making it very difficult for me to leave the area. Even local taxi drivers could not understand the map she had drawn on; thankfully, they were the ones who eventually helped me find my way out of the center.The overall approach and service were deeply disappointing. I travel frequently for business, including to Maribor, and I have never encountered a less competent hotel staff.

Could be better

There was no croissant at the sign ’Fill your croissant’ at the breakfast. We sat there between 8-8.30. And it was queue to the coffe/tea machine. Instead you can have a separate kettle for the tea water!

Great location

Really friendly and helpful staff. Getting to the hotel car park was interesting. The location couldn’t be any better for getting around the old town. The availability of extra pillows would be nice.

A good hotel right in the city centre

The hotel is very conveniently located – right in the city centre. Excellent value for money. A clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. The reception staff was friendly and polite.
