There was an unexpected power outage that was completely outside the hotel’s control. The staff handled the situation incredibly well and arranged a room for us at a hotel across the street almost immediately. It was a seamless experience, and their professionalism were truly impressive.

I wasn’t sure how this would go when I realized it was a hostel, but it was just a really cute boutique hotel. I did have contact with them ahead of time so they could tell me exactly how to find the door to get in, the code, etc., and they were very good at communicating. Super friendly staff who cleaned the room well, and I looked hard to find a place with a good location, small balcony, cute, and air-conditioned. I would recommend it!
