Great location
Really enjoyed a two night stay. Lovely hotel and situated in a great location in the old town of Bilbao. An abundance of bars and restaurants a few minute away.
Rooms were comfortable with air con, coffee maker and a fridge. Yes the toilet and shower are behind a glass partition within the room but didn’t really bother us as a couple.
Breakfast was good.
The Guggenheim museum, which is a must to visit, is only a 20 minute walk away.

Great location! Right in the middle of everyting - within walking distance of all the sights.
Room (Space) was really well laid out and aircondition not bothering your sleep (which happens more than it should).

Good location, meh rooms
Good location. The rooms are fine, but don't really have enough usable wardrobe storage for two people. Also he bathroom walls are entirely glass, so they are both see-through and don't contain any noise. Fine for one person, but not ideal as a couple, and totally unacceptable if traveling with a friend or family member.
