Fabulous all inclusive week
Lovely week at all inclusive resort.
Room fabulous with two wardrobes, lovely terrace on high floor with partial sea view. Hotel is very clean and staff work hard to keep it that way -very impressed!
Restaurant was fantastic and food very varied, fresh and delicious-again staff very friendly and very attentive at clearing tables.
Special thanks to Erica and Julian working in the snack bar at building F.
Plenty loungers at pool and not many sunbed horders Pool cool but weather has just started to heat up.
We were sorry to leave the resort and hope to be back again soon.Great location for Cala Bona and Cala Millor

Great Hotel, Location and Staff
Fantastic brilliant hotel, this is my second time as I came here in 2025. We requested our previous room which we got again which was appreciated and great.
We also got given a bottle of champagne in our room with a note saying pleased to see you again which was a nice touch.
The hotel is very spacious, plenty of pools and never had an issue once getting a sunbed, you don’t have to get up early to get one.
Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk and you’re at the beach and Cala Bona Harbour.
I want to give a special mention to Yudier and Marta in the restaurant. They were both so friendly, made a fuss over my kids each time we walked in there, always smiling and they were very good at their job. They really are a credit to the hotel and deserve a bonus!
One area of improvement I would suggest is the night time entertainment but overall would recommend this hotel and I will be back again for sure.

A perfect family hotel in a great location
Perfect all inclusive hotel for families with children. Lovely grounds, super pools, rooms which are large, clean and comfortable with air con. Food was fresh and varied. There were plenty of sun loungers even in peak season and a large shady area under trees as well as poolside umbrellas. Without exception, every member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first time on the island, we were delighted with the close proximity to local shops and restaurants on our trips out. We went as three generations to celebrate a birthday and catch the total eclipse. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Many thanks.

A fantastic family holiday
We had a really lovely holiday at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to families.
Yes, the hotel was busy at times, but it’s the middle of the summer holidays and the busiest season, so this was completely expected. The staff worked tirelessly throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned almost every day, the bar staff worked incredibly hard, the entertainment team were enthusiastic and friendly, and the staff in the main restaurant never seemed to stop cleaning, clearing tables and preparing food.
The reception team were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a kettle and needed some help with the air conditioning, and both were sorted straight away. We did have a few ants in our room, but reception came up and sprayed the room for us. We were then more careful about leaving crumbs around and, after that, it wasn’t an issue. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay and the team kindly arranged a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch.
The pools did get busy at times, but we never had any problems getting a sun lounger. There were always plenty available when we went down for breakfast and we also noticed plenty of spare loungers throughout the day.
We didn’t watch the evening entertainment, so can’t comment on that, as we preferred to walk the 10 minutes into Cala Bona harbour. There are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants there. Alternatively, the reception team can arrange a taxi to Cala Millor, which is only around a five minute taxi ride away and has even more bars and restaurants.
Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday. The hotel is a great choice for families, and we spoke to lots of guests who return year after year, which says a lot. The staff work incredibly hard to make sure everyone has a good holiday, and we really appreciated their efforts.
We would happily return!

Small Pool but great memories
Hope this helps people as I'm fussy when choosing holidays. No regrets at all with Floriana, 5min walk to the beach and swimming piers, how anyone can moan about lack of choice for food is beyond me - so much choice throughoutntje day, Italian on site restaurant amazing. Excellent for families, AC worked fine. Downside, agree with what people say about the swimming pools, far too small for the amount of people and all too deep for kids. Plenty of the usual entertainment, singers throughout the week were so bad!!!! All staff lovely.
