Honorary enrollment experience
The complex is a past: in the middle of nature, you breathe peace and tranquility.
The rooms, dining room and common areas are exceptional. Everything is extremely clean, careful and attentive to detail.
And the people who manage and work at the hotel are wonderful. The treatment is excellent and its friendliness and closeness make the stay and experience unbeatable.
We will repeat it for sure.

Perfect for disconnecting
Some blind was broken, and a lot of sunlight was coming in.
-Breakfast varied.
There was no hygiene kit: flip-flops, toothbrushes...
The sauna wasn't working.
Still, recommended to disconnect as a couple.

Reservations cancelled for NOT HAVING PEOPLE after 4 months
The overall management of this hotel is undoubtedly one of the worst we have experienced. After making a reservation more than three months in advance, both for accommodation and Christmas dinner, we are informed just 6 days after the date that we will not be able to dine at the hotel as they HAVE NO RESERVATIONS OTHER THAN OURS, and that we must look for another place to do so. This lack of foresight and last-minute warning are unacceptable, especially considering that a celebration as important as Christmas involves a minimum of planning.
Most striking was the attitude of the staff, who not only minimized our frustration, but also accused us of disrespecting them for expressing our outrage. Even more alarming was the three-day call, where our reservation was cancelled unilaterally, without any valid justification and without offering any alternative. Moreover, they made us feel that our situation did not deserve the slightest consideration, even downplaying the importance of a family of two, something completely incomprehensible.
I thank Booking.com for trying to mediate the situation, but the attitude and management of the hotel are undoubtedly the biggest drawback. What seemed to be a quiet and pleasant stay turned into a disappointing experience, marked by the high-handedness of a director who seems not to understand that customers are the ones who allow the hotel to function.
Time will tell if customer disrespect and mismanagement continue to prevail, but, at the moment, I will not recommend Hotel Puig Francó. This criticism will not only be shared with my community of more than 5,000 followers in Catalonia, but we will also continue with the formal claim for damages caused.
Thank you for ruining our parties, but you haven't managed to put us off. I will see you soon, as I will request a claim sheet to record this unfortunate experience.
