Very nice Spanish architecture hotel with the furniture to go along with it. Good location in El Bosque for driving to visit the white hill-top cities and the national park.

Problems during the stay.

Facilities pretty good to be 2 stars. Very nice staff, very nice. The room, bed etc, of 10. The restaurant very good with very friendly waiters. I only have one but; earfuls to the people responsible for Tugasa for letting a group of 40 bikers stay in the hotel who with their poor education and drunkenness have not respected the rights of the other customers and have prevented the rest and disconnection of them. Too bad...

Bad experience not recommended

Lousy experience already from the entrance. They tell us that the room is in 20 m. Over an hour waiting. Old furniture, walls with dampness, minibar not working. Rest impossible, dogs barking all night, if you turn on the air stops and ignites making a frightful noise. In the impossible pool to relax, screams of adult people on hours of rest, in the room could also be heard. Not to mention the reception phone looks like you've got it in. On the other hand, many rules that do not comply, hammocks are not reserved because they remove towels, FALSE, attached photo of towel from 16 to 20 hours occupying empty place. In the reservation they offer you daily change of towels that they do not make, commenting on it in an unpleasant and chulesque way indicate that I have to read the coaster for them to do it. I don't give credit. The worst treatment poorly educated, unpleasant and unkind to the customer by the staff, starting with the rather rude director, the front desk and the cleaning staff. They couldn't use a customer service course. And to top it off we want to take advantage of the day in the pool eating in his restaurant, which is not cheap and the answer is rocky, negative of course, claiming that it is not covered by insurance and that it would be full by the entrance customers, attached completely empty photo. It should be added that the age of clients was 70 years and above. Which makes me say they don't have an elevator, so you have to raise your luggage at a pulse. This does not happen in major chains like Barceló or Riu.
The only thing that saves the establishment is the restaurant and especially Gabriel, a friendly, friendly professional with very good know-how and be. Thank you Gabriel for giving the only positive touch to the stay.
Hotelucho that I do not recommend and leaves much to be desired. We will never come back or recommend, although we will circulate how they act and what they find

Good hotel

The hotel is very well located and is perfect to see the forest and make trails, the beds and pillows very comfortable for a good rest, because what I liked least was a receptionist who had very unprofessional and with very little empathy, since at first I did not want to put a cot for my young son, said that they did not have, that I should have requested it, when if they had because they gave it to me
