Great space in an excellent location in Madrid — away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything and very pleasant. It was spotlessly clean, and it was great to have a kitchen space and a washing machine. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Shower water downspout broken and humidity in the shower

The apartment is very nice, however on the last day they showered in the bathroom upstairs and we woke up because it literally wouldn't stop dropping water through our shower ceiling. The ceiling was broken and we shot a video that looks like you're showering yourself.
Humid smell during the 3 days we were there.
We were 2 adults and a little girl. The girl woke up to the noise of the shower

Worst Customer Service/Reception I've ever seen.

Customer Service/Reception is provided via WhatsApp.
The air conditioning wasn't working in the summer and we were ignored for 5 hours before we finally got changed.
Please see the interaction we had.

Great option for a long stay

I stayed for two weeks and it was excellent. Very well located. It is not a hotel, but rather an apartment, so there is no daily cleaning, in my case, had only one cleaning in the second week, but has the items necessary to keep the apartment organized. This very well equipped with lava dishes, lava clothes exclusive for the apartment, microwave, stove and refrigerator besides the utensils. I stood facing the street and it was very very quiet because the windows are double. The air conditioning is also individual control. Very well located near the metro and numerous restautanes, cafes and supermarkets. Would host me again.

POOR

Poor hotel! Horrible bed and shower does not come out almost anything from hot water.
If you close the window you die of heat because the heater does not turn off.
