Magnificent attention, service, and quality in the cafeteria and on the terrace.

We were enjoying an afternoon on the terrace of the parador with a wonderful Irish coffee and an Affogato, which we hadn't tried before....
The quality of the drinks, excellent; the setting, incomparable....But the best part was the attention from Moisés, who was so kind, attentive, and professional that he made us return every afternoon we were in the Aran Valley to enjoy that unique moment.
We hope to be able to return soon to repeat those wonderful moments.

Hotel and restaurant are top-notch, very competent staff!

Really very good, the staff is very professional and friendly, the restaurant is top-notch, very good meat in particular, super breakfast with a wide selection of fresh fruits, the only small downside is the lack of air conditioning, but it is true that heatwaves are rare at this altitude.

everything is fine, except too high temperature in rooms and gym and too outdated appliances

GREAT SERVICE AND LOCATION IN A CLASSIC

If you have already been to Paradores you will not be surprised by the good location, service and help in everything in your power that the staff provides. They always make your stay like being at home. The facilities have everything you can expect from a good mountain hotel. The only point to improve in this parador, in my opinion, is the modernization of the bathrooms of the rooms.
