A real disappointment of the Eurostars chain
- Not adapted to people with reduced mobility. To climb by elevator, you have to climb a flight of stairs.
- Bathroom with humidities in the ceiling.
- Broken toilet lid and repair has been done with adhesive tape.
- Reading lights not working
- Locker lights not working
Air conditioning that you can't regulate. In Sanlucar with 21 degrees and a sun of justice, shining the sun on the glass of the room, you can not put the air conditioning to cool the temperature.
- Breakfast, in a very small space, with very little variety, scarce and with a very basic quality. Bad coffee.
- the wooden ceiling beams, at night, creak making it difficult to fall asleep.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired

A great disappointment
In the room it was awfully cold.
The heating did not warm the room as it had very high wooden ceilings.
At twelve at night we had to order some blankets because we were so cold.
In the room it smelled a strong smell of damp and the sheets and blankets also smelled damp.
I am allergic to mites and with the smells of damp and sheets my whole body was itchy.
I had a really hard time.
I communicated it to reception in the morning and the receptionist was very friendly and apologized.
I told them to change the sheets.
I really didn't like it at all.
Once and no more.
I thought I was gonna love it.
Very scarce breakfast and very bad coffee.

Charming place and setting
The perfect reception, the young receptionist: polite, attentive and professional. He assigns us room 408. Oh, great. Virtually everything new, beds with duvets, bathroom, towels and living room with television. Room boarded that gives it a country feel, very nice .All scrupulously clean.
The price-quality ratio, second to none.
All in all, for us the best hotel in the region at an unbeatable price.
And to take shrimp omelettes to the Plaza del Cabildo...
