The best hotel ever
The best hotel ever in terms of service & location.
I booked this hotel for friends & family for a surprise for my wife’s birthday celebrations & was not disappointed.
The hotel manager Simon & his dedicated team could not do enough for us all during our 3 nights stay.
The hotel boasts just 18 rooms & this really made the overall experience of our stay so special.
They offer a wide variety of choices for breakfast & every afternoon at 4.30 they lay on complimentary sandwiches, filled croissants, cakes, a selection of sweets, as well as teas, coffees & a selection of water’s & juices.
We occupied 4 rooms with our group of 7, all of which were laid out in different decor & facilities, all of which were beautiful.
Part of our travelling party were limited in their mobility on one of the days & the staff called on their room to offer room service, which was a lovely touch.
The hotel is centrally located to cathedral & other attractions, including more bars & restaurants you could wish for.
During our stay we booked both a 1.5hr river cruise “Los Rincones del Guadalquivir‘ & a 3hr guided bike tour via Baja Bikes, all were great excursions so would highly recommend.
We’ll certainly be booking Legado Alcàzar for our next visit to Seville.

Gem in Heart of Sevilla.
Our stay at Legado Alcázar was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, blending modern comfort with the rich history of Seville. The most memorable feature of our room was the preserved section of the old city wall beneath a glass floor panel. Being able to see such an incredible piece of history right in our room made our stay feel truly unique.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We visited during the peak of the Seville summer, when temperatures were over 100°F, and the powerful air conditioning was a lifesaver. After long days of sightseeing, coming back to a cool, comfortable room was wonderful.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options. On the day we had to leave early to catch a train before breakfast service began, the staff thoughtfully prepared a breakfast to go for us. It was such a kind gesture and really demonstrated their commitment to exceptional hospitality.
The location simply couldn’t be better. The hotel sits right next to the Real Alcázar, and virtually every major attraction—including the Cathedral, Giralda, Santa Cruz neighborhood, and countless restaurants and cafés—is just a 5-10 minute walk away. We rarely needed transportation because everything was so conveniently located.
Most of all, what made this hotel special was the staff. Every person we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations or anything else we needed. Their warmth made us feel right at home.
I would recommend Legado Alcázar without hesitation to anyone visiting Seville. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with an unbeatable location, fascinating history, outstanding service, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. It truly is a gem.

Very charming hotel in a very good location. Our room was unique in that it had ruins below the glass floor. Very cool surprise. Staff was very helpful - take their recommendations for Flamenco shows. No complaints at all.

Location and value cannot be beaten
Although in close proximity to the cathedral and Real Alcazar this hotel is an oasis of calm with friendly and helpful staff.
We had a room with terrace which overlooked the Alcazar gardens and is highly recommended.

Fantastic!
This is a fantastic hotel!! The location cannot be beat....3 minute walk to the Lions Gate entrance to Royal Alcazar. Close to plenty of restaurants, a 20 minute walk across the river. The staff is so friendly; it is clear they love their city and want to share it with you. The room was simple but very comfortable. Great choice!!
