Terrible
Awful experience: dirty property and total neglect.

Unfortunately, the positive reviews that prompted us to book this property **do not at all reflect the real situation** that we found upon our arrival. It was an experience to forget.
Here are the main problems encountered:
* **Filth everywhere:** The house was overrun with dust and hair. Even the cutlery in the kitchen was visibly dirty.
* **Unbearable smell:** There was a very strong smell of dampness throughout the property, and unfortunately the sheets and towels also smelled, giving the impression that they had not been washed properly.
* **Damaged furnishings:** The sofa bed was completely broken and unusable.
* **Nonexistent customer service:** The worst thing was the total lack of support. We promptly reported the situation and the cleaning issues, but **no one came to clean** or to resolve the problem, leaving us in total discomfort.
I strongly advise against this property. Lack of hygiene and total indifference toward the guest.

Nice and clean room, but the bed was small for 2 people. It should have been minimum 160 cm wide. Some cold draft from the window.
