Short break

Nice bed & breakfast close to all the nice spots in town. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Easy to reach by Metro.
Clean rooms, and daily change off towels.
Easy and fast check in and check out.
Maybe we go back again.

Bad general condition. Photos are deceived and price is very high for how bad the establishment is

The room is in very bad condition, floors raised, broken footboards, dirty walls, ceiling and air conditioning with mold. We couldn't open the window because it overlooked an inner courtyard that smelled terrible, the room smelled bad.
Shower in bad shape. Awkward pillows and dirty duvets.
The clean sheets.
Lights that don't work and on the ceiling plasters stuck on the light that marks the emergency exit. Very bad looking and sloppy in general. The price is very expensive for what they offer

Very good value for money

This little Bed and Breakfast place has a lot going for it. Our room was clean and comfortable, particularly the bed/pillows (something I do not usually find). Service of the room was regular and efficient. It is well sited, quite close to the old city (30 minutes walk) and having a well stocked coffee bar on the premises, open from early morning till 21.00 is convenient. The premises is very well run by a fine group of lads, who are courteous, fun, and knowledgeable. They were always at hand to help in any way possible.
Great to have genuine hospitality in these days when most busy towns seem NOT to want tourists, let alone go that little extra to make one's stay pleasant. We always took breakfast there and it was more than satisfying and adequate.
Just some genuine little suggestions that could improve the place... a couple of drinking glasses in each room (we had to ask), some English/french or Italian language stations on the TV programming (they where all in Spanish). The automatic system for the registration of arriving guests is tricky and difficult to navigate (still, we were helped by the bar staff to register, but it would have been difficult if we had arrived at a time that the bar was closed.)
All in all, I would revisit and recommend this place and would again like to thank the staff there, especially Allessandro and Michele, who made us feel at home.

Great place

Very comfortable, central and pleasant place, comfortable and spacious rooms, very close to a metro stop to be able to move around the city comfortably. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Spectacular breakfast. You can park your car very easily right in front of the hotel, as there is all the available parking at the Mestalla stadium. Make special mention of the waiters Diego and Mikela for their good treatment and kindness.

Schönes B&B mit eigenem Kaffee

Das B&B liegt sehr gut, ist mit Metro Station und Bus Stationen sehr gut erschlossen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Das Frühstück sehr gut, konnte alles nachbestellen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war ausgezeichnet.
