BE AWARE OF THE MONEY HOLDS THEY MAKE WITHOUT WARNING DURING THE RESERVATION.
Quite a disappointing experience at Kampaoh Trafalgar.
We have previously stayed at Kampaoh El Palmar, and this experience was nothing like that.
The first thing that bothered us was that hours before check-in, we were required to accept a noise policy and therefore a hold of €100 per person (€400 in total) or risk losing the already paid reservation. At no point did we see this information clearly during the booking process. Moreover, there were two independent reservations, and we never requested to have the tents together; still, they decided to group them and apply that condition. (I was traveling with my partner and my in-laws).
The explanation we were given was the noise policy and group control, but the reality of the campsite was completely different. Our tent was right next to the area of private tents, with no separation at all, and at night there was a lot of noise, shouting, and commotion. On Saturday, there were even fights and shouting in the early morning. In addition, there was extremely loud music from the outdoor bars until late hours.
The cleanliness of the Bell tent also left much to be desired. We understand that it is a rural area and there may be insects, but we found many spiders and insects inside the tent and around the bed. When checking the bedding due to the number of insects, we found a tick inside the duvet cover. We informed the staff the next day since this happened before we went to bed, and they came to clean and spray insecticide.
The staff was polite in their treatment, but the overall experience did not meet the price or the image that Kampaoh sells. There was a significant lack of transparency regarding the financial hold and considerable disappointment with the actual conditions of the accommodation.
It has been almost 48 hours since we checked out, and we still have not been refunded the €400 hold. So count on that money being less if you make reservations for multiple tents from the same phone, even if you do not specify at any time that you want them together.

Horrible in every way, not recommended
A horrible experience, I've been to the kampaoh in Menorca but I didn't find it to be able to review it and so I write the review under this since it is the same management. The tents are very close to the road and it is impossible to sleep, those who decided to put the tents there is a demented. It's all very dirty, we had hamburgers and chips at the restaurant the first night and I was sick 2 days. I worked in multiple restaurants and the oil used for frying was at least a month old. The reception is open from 3 to 10 in the afternoon so if you have a complaint to say it you have to go back to the campsite first and you have to miss an evening. I complained sent a message from the site and the receptionist was also rude saying that we could go and ask earlier (when exactly if you are closed at times when people are at the campsite?). It's not even cheap considering that with 20 30 euros more per night you can have an apartment without all this crap. Please don't go and spare yourself the nightmare we've been through.

Nobody to run away
Camping anti campers....Tents poorly maintained against each other, very noisy proximity to the road , not very friendly and disorganized staff
