Great stay

Comfortable and relaxed stay! Amazing pool, great food and kind staff! Definitely recommended if you are looking for a stay in chiang rai!

Excellent hotel, delicious breakfasts, affordable cafe prices, beautiful swimming pool

The hotel has a good location, excellent interior and caring staff. We were on vacation together, the room was clean and cozy. The daily cleaning and replenishment of the minibar as a compliment made our stay even better. There are several cafes and a restaurant where we had breakfast. Beautiful pool fits perfectly into the picture. And there's also a gym where we used to go and play sports. We were happy with our stay!

A VERY strong 4+ for ‘Nai Ya’

This is a lovely hotel right on the fringe of central Chiang Rai. Why not a 5 then? First, why it could (should?) be:
- very comfortable rooms
- nice grounds, including a “creative pool” and effective work room*
- great value (although we learned that most things in CR tend to be!)
- welcoming, helpful staff
So why just a 4+?
- there were some tiny ants in our bathroom; I’m not sure how (or if you can) get ride of these in such a lush place, but they were annoying
- breakfast was “good” but lacking variety/change, so you get the same fried egg each day!
Overall, from what we saw walking around the town, this appeared to be the best spot. We were very happy with our stay!

Spectacular hotel great service

This is a spectacular hotel that remains in the memories. The room we had was very large and well maintained overlooking one of the most beautiful pools I ever found in the hotel..all around the building.. Very particular. Good quality sleep, friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness.. Excellent breakfast

A very enjoyable stay

I stayed here as a solo female traveller and the first thing to note is that I felt very safe at this hotel.
Friendly welcoming staff. Amazing spacious room, awesome bed, lovely toiletries provided. Cleaning was of a really high standard in the room and across the hotel generally. The pool area is lovely although they need more loungers.
Breakfast was ok, great staff just not much choice.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 20 min taxi from the airport. It's an easy 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants.
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.
