Room was lovely and the bathroom was very beautiful, staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast tickets were decent enough with plenty on offer and the location itself was fantastic.
Only downside was the dryers were not great, 4 uses on 2 separate machines and they were still damp on high heat. NTD 320 wasted there.

I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks with different bookings, didn’t realize I needed to check out @11 AM and check back in @ 3 pm, staffs told me I can upgrade to the same category ( in the same room ).as long as I pay the difference, the staff told me to decide early so that I can keep the same room , I did 3 days after

The housekeeper was so lazy, it was written behind the door saying change bed linens every 3 rd day, just regular cleaning done daily, I stayed inside the room for the last 9 days without leaving the room, so I knew exactly what the housekeeper was doing in my room every time.
Every afternoon she came into the room bringing clean towels / bottled water in, taking garbage out, vacuumed the floor ( not the whole room ), never mop the floor, the toilet bowl was cleaned twice after I requested it to be done within the last 9 days, she didn’t bring her cleaning paraphernalia every time she comes into the room.
The most important things that made me so disappointed was she never even touched the beds ( straighten the bed linens ), the beds were so messy and she didn’t even notice, she only touched the beds when the linens need to be changed every 3rd day ( she even asked me whether I really need it to be changed on the first 3 rd day ) on top of all these, she talked very loud, it seems like she was in her own house. When she was off, another housekeeper came and did everything that any housekeeper would do except her
I hope the management team will look into it, I had good experience from last year I stayed here, but unfortunately not this time.

Great location, hotel itself is a bit outdated, carpet, elevators wise. The room bedding is clean. Staffs were helpful and nice.
