Away from the busy streets

Beautiful located in a street with a lot of jacarandas around, heeps of birds and near the city centre. Good bed, good airco, very nice and large balcony and pretty nice food as well. Fairly cheap and good value

Good location with an excellent restaurant and with other good restaurants near by.

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent. When my wife broke her arm climbing Kilimanjaro and we requested an extra bed for the room, they brought in an additional king size bed (made the room a little cramped maybe) for no extra charge. But phenomenal service with helping my wife (even helping her with getting clothes made to accommodate her arm) and no issues for staying an extra 10 days at the height of the climbing season. Food was excellent with an amazing avocado salad. Quiet, good privacy and a favorite with expats and the climbing crowd. 10-minute walk to the center of town.

Fancy, clam and slow

Business hotel as you can imagine. So very well equiped with spacious rooms and a great confort, especially for Arusha. If you decide to eat in the hotel be prepared to wait at least one hour . Atmosphere bit cold but staff very kind and helpful so no disapointment in the end.

Wonderful staff

Stayed for three nights at Lush Gardens in Arusha. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi in rooms and hot showers. Clean towels, toothbrush and toothpaste all supplied at no extra charge. A lovely place to stay before and after safari to the Serengeti.

Great Service

I spent several nights here, I preferred the rooms upstairs from the front desk lobby (stayed in # 207) as opposed to the older section. Definitely request a room there. Great location, we were able to walk all over Arusha town right from the Hotel. There are also a few great restaurants close by, maybe a 10 minute walk. They do offer a complimentary breakfast, I pretty much ordered an omelette and toast from the kitchen every morning as I was not into the more traditional foods that were offered. The staff was really great, everyone was friendly and helpful, I really wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady that was there! She worked in the restaurant and the front desk as well, such a sweetheart she was, she even insisted on carrying my bags down from my room. I will stay here again when I return to Arusha for sure!
