Awesome hotel, cafe prices let it down.
Antwell suites seems to be the base where people recover from various surgeries by clinics in the area.
On the whole, you cannot fault the place.
I stayed here last year after my surgery. This year I am chaperone for my friend.
The staff are great, the inclusive breakfast is superb.
The rooms are all air conditioned and very clean.
The ONLY negative point is the price of drinks and food in their 'eat well' cafe.
We had 2 x coffees, 2 x slices of baklava and it came to over £24 gbp.
This evening we walked to a local restaurant, a 5 min walk away. Bought 2 meals, with salad, rice, chips included plus 2 x pepsi and it came to less than the aforementioned 'snack'.

Amazing experience
My stay at Antwell Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff was professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Ozgor at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. I was disappointed with the situation at Antwell Suites İstanbul. My charger was gone, and when I reported it, I didn't get the debt.

The answer “go for a walk” instead of solving the problem was unprofessional. I was expecting more attention to guest satisfaction and the safety of things.

Antwell suits … the downside ☹️
The hotel experience was excellent. Clean apartments fully equipped , All amenities available , onsite restaurant , cafe and spa .
Lovely breakfast menu and friendly kitchen and housekeeping staff .
The hotel location is within walking distance of Emaar mall .
( Ulgen One member of staff) was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay experience even better , he couldn’t do enough to help and make us feel at home in a new country . Honestly we cannot praise him enough . Would definitely return to just to see him again .
The only disappointing aspect is that for some strange reason the hotel have a no fast food / delivery policy ?? This we found very strange and frustrating as it ment you could only order from within the hotels amenities , a policy in all my years of travel have never found before in any other hotel . This again did put a bit of black cloud on our stay and for this reason alone I probably wouldn’t choose to return .

Very welcoming and comfortable experience
I stayed here after getting surgery. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette which was super handy. They left several bottles of water each day for us which was also a nice touch. The breakfast was included for us and had a good variety each morning and staff were very attentive. The reception staff was super helpful with all our requests and we even had a local pharmacist had deliver items needed on a Saturday. Special shout out to Ulcen.
The only downside would be that during the rest of the day, the restaurant and rooftop bar had quite poor service. We were often the only people there waiting to have lunch and staff would wait ages before serving us. This also happened at the rooftop bar. Sometimes, there was no staff even though it was opening hours.
