Simple, clean, professional, and friendly

It's a simple hotel, but it's clean, and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, professional, and friendly. The location is also quite good to explore key cultural sites nearby. Really enjoyed my stay.

We were in the 1st time in Istanbul we chose this hotel by its reviews. Actually we are very appreciative of this hotel’s staffs. They are very friendly and helped us. Also owner is so kind. Additionally breakfast is so delicious. If I travel to Istanbul again I will choose this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, but it was very noisy at night, phone did not work, the water was turned off briefly one night and when it came on again was brown, and fan was variable ranging from cool to hot air. We could not control it

Distorted

The Hotel, as many comments say, is not a three-star hotel as we conceive it here in Spain.
As for the positive things, I would highlight the friendliness of the Hotel employees as well as the fact that it is open 24 hours a day and they have a WhatsApp number to assist you or that there is a kettle in the common area.
As for negative aspects, I would highlight above all that when I saw the photos of the rooms they seemed very modern, clean, bright and I thought the price was quite good for what they offered. However, upon arrival, they gave us a room on the first floor through which the light barely reached and where the reception could be heard. I would highlight:
- breakfast: there is not even a toaster and there are things that I understand are typical of Turkey but if you are used to having breakfast like in Spain they will be strange (parsley, lettuce, olives) although there is also fruit, cheese, coffee, tea...
- the shower: water pressure and temperature
-the low luminosity of the room
- It is located in a place a little far from the center (you have to climb a hill of approximately 1 km) that at night is dark and without people
-cleaning the shower tray upon arrival
Therefore, if you don't mind having to walk a bit to get to the Hotel, that the rooms may differ a little from the photographs and that the quality is a little lower, I would recommend it.

The worst hotel

The most terrible hotel I've ever been to! The price does not correspond to reality at all, as for me it’s closer to a hostel! They gave us a room that felt like it was for the staff, a tiny room where you couldn’t turn around, the walls were dirty, the furniture was shabby, scary to touch, the towels were not white but already gray-yellow. The impression was immediately ruined. I don't recommend the hotel if you don't want to be disappointed with your trip.
We went to another hotel, for the same price, but a million times better. Here, unfortunately, we lost money, which is very disappointing, we bought a pig in a poke.
In addition to the above “advantages”, the audibility in the room was simply frightening, the feeling that you were just living in the corridor, all the voices, sewer drains seemed to be in your room, you shy away from the sounds, as if someone was breaking into your room.
I'm attaching a photo to make sure.
