Stopover in Nevsehir

Aside from the fact that the outdoor pool was under renovation, there is nothing negative to say about this hotel; all points are positive, from the bedding to the cleanliness. A small downside might be the bland and rubbery bread rolls wrapped in plastic at breakfast. Otherwise, the meals in buffet form are very varied and plentiful. A small shop for souvenirs that is very nice.

The central location is perfect for the room alone. Suitable for accommodation, but the food and service are problematic.

The top floor was very nice, a spacious room with a balcony. I have no complaints about the room cleaning, it was spotless. Its proximity to the center is great, and the price is very reasonable. We went as a family of five and booked two rooms, including breakfast. Now, let me write about the negatives. It's clearly an old hotel; the mini-fridge wasn't cooling properly, we put in two items and it stopped cooling. The air conditioner in one room was noisy, we turned it off, the one in the other was okay, but it's an old air conditioner. The jacuzzi in one room was broken, the other was fine. There are indoor and outdoor pools, both freezing cold, and when the weather is cold, you can't go in, unfortunately, they're just sitting there unused. The buffet breakfast was a complete disappointment; the french fries were clearly leftovers, like rubber, even the children didn't eat them. The food was uncovered, without lids. For example, nobody could eat anything properly and feel full. Soup would be a lifesaver at breakfast, but it wasn't there, supposedly it's served in the evening. There was nobody else at the hotel at breakfast, and a staff member was standing over us as if telling us to leave. They seem to be there just to do their job.

The impression is terrible.

This hotel is definitely not four stars how they position themselves, three at most. Rooms are dead and dirty, furniture, appliances all barely breathing. The staff is craggy and disgusting, nobody speaks Russian at all. Their attitude is great. The food is monotonous and not delicious. If there's a chance, it's best to avoid this green place.

Must be improved

- The hotel is old and unmaintained but good cleanliness
- Mr. Hüseyin at the front desk is professional and friendly and strives to help. But the rest of the staff are amators.
- Indoor pool unused.
- Low quality of service based on the price.
- The garden is well-maintained
- You can relax by the pool.
- Bacon produce for breakfast burned out in 2 days.

Good Hotel in Cappadocia

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is small, however the heater works very well. It is very hot in the room since the AC is not working, so we have to open the window during winter to let some fresh air in.
The food is okay and delicious. Wifi also works well, no issues.
