Wonderful staff helped get me a room. It was clean, orderly, and soundproof. So I had a peaceful night's sleep without being affected by other travelers moving between rooms.

It is not a big room; however, everything was clean, the bed was soft and comfy, such a nice and cute little place to stay to explore around Bath, and at the same time, budget-friendly. The water pressure was strong enough, and the bathroom was provided with essentials like clean towels, shampoo, and body wash. There is a cafe/bar on the ground floor; I think they also provide breakfast. I didn't get to try it, but it looks nice. Overall a very good accommodation!

The location is excellent and the quality of the room was also excellent. Comfortable bed and clean room. No complaints and I would recommend to friends and family.

The staff was very helpful. They stored our bags while we did a tour to Stonehedge the day we checked out. Wonderful location in the heart of the city. The room is so tiny the only way out of bed was to crawl over each other. The soap in the bathroom was a plastic bottle you had to squeeze. And the mattress was terrible. It was about 4 inches thick and so hard. It felt like a blanket thrown over a board. No place to sit except on the bed. We were only there one night, but if I stayed longer i would book a better hotel.

Best location, clean hotel

Unbeatable location just in the middle of restuarants and shops and walking distance to everything. Room is very small but adequate for one, same for bathroom. There is a small (paid) breakfast set up and bar downstairs but with where you are located, you would be spoiled for options. Summary- location is unbeatable if you like being in the middle of things. Its clean and friendly and value for your money. Nothing fancy.
