Friendly staff, food was good and not reasonably price. The site was tired and could do with some attention, this kids play area for example. The stay overall was fine, no complaints.

Adequately sized room was clean and a fan was provided , however there was no hot water & the shower barely had a water flow , I did ring reception , she said managers on duty but will pass the message on & suggested to warm up a kettle & use that hot water
In the morning I advised them as I hadn’t heard anything back & was told there was a burst pipe in the area & some rooms were affected , why was I not told prior to che king in , I was travelling with my disabled mother , absolutely appalling

Not terrible just nothing great. Poor for business travel. Strange room with no external window. Understaffed. Could not bill drinks or food to the room. Slow service.

Very odd room of having a window onto a corridor which meant that everyone could see into your room. Ended up having the keep the curtains drawn for privacy so had no natural light and no fresh air. Very noisy generator outside so had to keep bathroom window shut as well.
