Absurd price for what you get

Only in Edinburgh in August would anyone dream of charging £435 (without breakfast!) for a double bed and sofa in some student digs. It was clean and well located and staff were friendly but the fringe period accommodation (and not just here) has become completely unhinged!

Great property and It’s close to the Royal Mile. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

There was no air conditioning, only a heater. It should be made very clear that there are no fans and no air conditioning, and not able to fully open the window, as summer temps can make the loft area extra warm. Also, the apartments are co-located with University of Edinburgh student residences and laundry facility is shared by multiple units.

The room was very clean and it was close to walk to everything. Staff was very friendly, super easy check in process.
