Good choice
I stayed here for one night. Very nice hotel! OK area. Friendly staff.
The room was quite big, very clean. The bed was big and comfortable.
In the room, a small fridge, very useful, a medium-sized TV (I didn't use it, safe, kettle, bathrobe.
The bathroom was big, clean, with an interesting layout.
The air conditioning worked OK, as did the Wi-Fi.

Highly recommended
The stay was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the staff treats the guests very well. Above all, one bartender stood out to me. Quan was very polite and fast with all our orders.

Avoid at all costs!
This is chaotic, very noisy and almost impossible to sleep before 1am. The one we worked it, we wanted to leave but were resigned to stay for one night (more than enough). The breakfast was very poor with almost nothing left 40 minutes before morning closure. Don't waste your money, even of you are an Accor Limitless member. There are many better and cheaper options in Ha Long city.

Great experience at Novotel.
My family just had a great experience at the novotel after the return. The hotel was improved and better repaired, the food changed much better than before. Staff very friendly and careful guests I was very impressed with my friend Thu at the restaurant she was always interested in the care of the guests very careful, friend Tu at the bar with her sister Thu at the cabin department with a sister I forgot not to ask the name Sorry, my sister was very in time to support my daughter I don't have to go out to eat and got poisoned food. I am very touched and appreciated by everyone’s dedicated help, we will definitely choose Novotel when we return to Ha Long. Thank you for all

Unsociable external noises!
Although the facilities are great - the pool, the restaurant - the changes in HaLong Bay have a negative e impact on this hotel. The noise from the Beach bar blasting techno music till after midnight then the construction work through the night. Awful!
