Barely acceptable

Poor reception, our reservation was for a sea view but they wanted to place us on the garden side. 45 minutes of waiting to finally get the reserved room. Old-fashioned room, comfort not great, breakfast acceptable. You can see the sea but the beach is 1.4 kilometers away, all the beaches in front are paid and reserved for hotels except this one.

Very little thought was given to the customers.

We were in May at the Lliria hotel in Saranda in room 403, and Booking classifies it as 4 stars, but I don't understand how I later saw on Google that it is 3 stars. This rating is more appropriate, but even so, with how large it is, the bed is cramped, and the nightstands are tiny (about 20 cm long), and only on one of them is there a lamp taking up almost the entire nightstand instead of being mounted on the wall. Additionally, on the side of the wall to access the bed, you had to walk sideways since it was the length of the nightstand.
And the worst part is the bathroom where the only light is weak above the door frame because the lamp above the sink mirror does not work, and it is used to leave the spare roll of toilet paper and to top it off, there was a hot water thermos under a low ceiling above the sink.

Everything is great. Super location outside the casino but 10 min from downtown and public beach.
Friendly and super helpful staff, made us leave the car in the parking lot after check out and provided us with a more powerful hairdryer.
Hearty and varied breakfast, I read about people who criticized the fact that there were no desserts but it is absolutely not true, there are muffins, donuts, Nutella, fruit, yoghurt even soy milk in addition to an infinite number of salty food.
The breakfast buffet is continuously replenished and everything is fresh. They also make you espresso and cappuccino.
Clean, soundproofed room with blackout curtains. They changed our towels every day.
For those who want to go to ksamil you can easily get there by car.
Highly recommended for a relaxing stay
Wi-Fi works great throughout the hotel
