Modern hotel
Great hotel, located right across from the ocean. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and everything is brand new. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful at all times; Alsi, in particular, was incredibly willing to help and always had a smile. The view from the bar is beautiful at night. It was a lovely experience!

Not bad on the surface, but “the nut is not twisted”
Stayed at this hotel for five nights in June. Very conflicted feelings, as from all of Albania. The hotel cost $120 a night. Went to write a review and was shocked - in August at $300. Are you serious??? It wasn't worth 120 at all. But in order and detail. Stress awaits you on the way to the hotel - I've never ridden such a steep descent. Just so you know, when you're standing in front of a descent and you can't see where to go. Very scary. But there's a parking lot downstairs. That's a big plus - even if there's no space just leave the guys at the bar the keys and they'll repark yours themselves. And in fact, the guys at the bar and the beech fights are the best thing about this hotel. They're the only ones who are really useful and really want to help you. The rest of the staff have no idea what they're getting paid for. But everything in order. The hotel is not small by Albanian standards. The hotel building is modern, has its own beach on a platform with many sunbeds. Everything new and expensive. A larger-than-average room in a minimalist style, all quality. Nice tight curtains, big TV, got a kettle, safe, fridge with mini bar. The storage spaces are open, but it's not stressful. Lots of sockets. There are slippers. But the lighting isn't exactly good - there are no bedside lights, just the upper lights. The bathroom is spacious, there is shower gel and shampoo in the dispensers. Quality German plumbing. But somehow the water doesn't mix well - either cold or hot. When we checked in, the reception girl brought us into the room and showed us around. The shortcomings were immediately apparent - when the twins were placed twice, there was only one blanket and no drinking water. Not even the pay-as-you-go minibar. She said - okay, let's fix it now and... in five days, nobody fixed anything, even though they called the front desk twice more, and then they just realized it was useless. He's such an unobtrusive Albanian service - you'll be smiled at, nodded at and done nothing. Let me tell you that the room was booked with a sea view and with a minimum hotel capacity of 20 percent of the strength we were given a room with a side view and no balcony! So our dream of seeing Albanian sunsets on a balcony with a glass of wine immediately went down in a brass basin. The view was still beautiful, but with an empty hotel it's kind of bad, really bad looking. Immediately, the quality of the cleaning was also alarming - a friend found a yogurt cup between the bed and the bedside table just sitting on the bed. The question immediately arose - how could you clean like this and did the bed change at all after the previous guests??? Right away, I will say that in 5 days we have removed and changed towels only 2 times(!!!). Neither trips to the reception nor appeals to the maids helped. The maids in this hotel have a separate song - they go back and forth on the floor, smoke on the balcony, chat loudly, look down on the guests and do nothing. It's just a pity for the host to spend a lot of money on quality materials, electronics and get this result because of the human factor. Moving on - breakfast. It's a nice, spacious room with sea views. But right away... there are five people on the staff and they're just talking to each other, no one's even going to say hello to the guests, so it's like you've come to their house and you want something... no one's in a hurry to report the finished food, put the dishes away. Breakfast includes cheese and meat slices, fresh and grilled vegetables, sausages, bacon, eggs, butter, yogurt, jams, some pastries, some fruit. As they say, without frills, but you won't be hungry. But normal coffee is only for an extra charge, the one you can't drink from the vat. Tea, however, is not available in this country. Nothing, just herbal harvests. The hotel is on the outskirts of Saranda, but it is a big plus - at night it is quiet and there are no crowds. But at the same time, there are everything you need nearby - cafes, shops, money changers. In the cafe, the price tag is horse price - in Spain prices are much lower, and so everywhere on the coast. Inland, things are much better - tastier, cheaper and bigger portions. The hotel's main asset is its beach. In June, there were few people, the sea is beautiful. But if you are by car, it is better to go to the beach in Xamil - only 15 minutes and you are in “European Maldives”. The really white fine sand and water is three degrees warmer than Saranda. Beach towels can be taken to the reception. There's a small pool, but the water's murky. It is also possible to get over the rocks to a small wild beach with a comfortable setting. And then there's construction nearby and although there's practically no noise from it, but it really ruins the picture. To sum up, the hotel has good potential, but something needs to be done with the staff. There was no desire to return to Albania or this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Egidio who went out of his own way to deal with our queries. The hotel room wad very spacious and the views from the hotel were great. Although we were there just at the end of the season the staff opened the beachside bar for us on our last night which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely and were impressed with the attentiveness of the staff

We stayed at the hotel, the cleanliness was not good, we found cockroaches in the bathroom.. There is no water to drink and no cups to drink water.. The reception is respectful, friendly and helpful, especially the employee Egidio. Thank you to him.

Great view overlooking the bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good laundry service. Good parking. Comfortable room.
