Very positive great resort with incredibly friendly staff especially the servant Amir
Every day all rooms neat and clean nothing was too much and always as friendly with a wide smile .
ADMIR (servant) for the drinks nothing escaped him great servant as soon as you sat down somewhere he came to ask what you wanted to drink also spoke very good English for me the best .

About the all in nothing to complain all the food was delicious my compliments I would have liked to see and eat some more traditional dishes.
Minus point I found that a taxi at the resort was €100 I did ask 4 times if this was correct but it was correct.
Not everyone in the resort had a car maybe a piece of service from the resort for a fee bring the people to the center.
Minus point I also found that during dinner a cleaning lady was always in the room sweeping over maybe a tip not to do while eating.

Great holiday with good food and personal service
What especially impressed us was the quality of the food. The buffet restaurant offered a large selection, and there was clear variation from day to day, so you didn’t feel like you were served the same every day.
A special experience was that both my wife and our son had a birthday during the stay. The hotel staff surprised them with a nice custom cake dish, which was an incredibly sweet and personal gesture.
We felt well received throughout our stay and can highly recommend Sandy Beach Resort for families looking for a relaxing holiday with good food, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere.

More than a 4-Star Experience
The food was consistently delicious, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and every area felt thoughtfully maintained.
Furthermore, we were really impressed by how friendly and attentive the entire staff was, especially in the dining area. They always greeted guests with warm smiles and made sure everyone felt comfortable. We also really appreciated the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and tidy. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and they added so much to our experience.
A special thanks to Amelia and Silvia at reception for their genuinely warm, professional, and attentive service, which made our experience truly memorable.
We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel, and we’ll recommend it to our friends in Rome.
