Amazing hotel
What a refreshing change this hotel is! Everything is extremely well maintained, modern, and spotlessly clean. The spacious swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds is wonderful, and the staff are noticeably friendly and helpful. We also used the laundry service (€5) and even got our clothes neatly folded back.
Every day, everything was clearly and thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast is truly exceptional: creative, varied, and absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of coffees that are also very good.
The rooms are comfortable and practically designed, with a nice seating area, a convenient drying rack on the balcony, a spacious shower, and comfortable beds. A small but thoughtful detail is the modern panel at the door, allowing you to indicate whether your room should be cleaned or if you do not want to be disturbed — something that really adds to the overall experience.
An extra bonus is the underground parking garage, which keeps your car nice and cool!
In short: if you are looking for a stay in Ksamil, you really don’t need to look any further. This hotel is an absolute recommendation and completes your stay. As an extra tip: we personally found Ksamil much more relaxed and pleasant than the atmosphere in Sarandë, which felt much busier and less relaxing to us.

Excellent hotel with a very high standard of service and comfort. The rooms are modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast is delicious and varied, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Ksamil.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel makes the stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay in Albania, and we would gladly return in the future.

Highly recommend
I cannot recommend the Blue Water hotel enough as we had a fantastic stay. All the staff were amazing. The hotel is located in central Ksamil so was easy walking distance from all the beaches but away enough from the Main Street so was still quiet. We stayed in the first week of May 2026 so Ksamil is still opening up for the season but still plenty bars and restaurants open. The blue water has opened their pool already (many hotels hadn’t yet) and has a great sun lounger area. The rooms are comfortable & provided blankets as evenings were still a little chilly. The hotel is spotless and huge thank you to housekeeping that does an amazing job. The hotel also does incredibly reasonable laundry and returns it same day. The breakfast was fabulous, we enjoyed it every morning and the cappuccinos were great. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the port which actually arrived early.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and tidy and all the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Almost perfect hotel
Excellent hotel situated in a side street so you you get best of both worlds. A quiet hotel but just 300 metres from the restaurants and bars. The staff are extremely helpful and arranged a hire car and taxis for us

The breakfast is tasty interesting and a bit eclectic

The place is kept very clean but to achieve full marks please invest in some new towels
