The staff! Extremely very nice people! We had a lovely stay here! Breakfast was superb, healthy, hearty and delicious! So worth it! Location was great and right at the heart of the Pedonale! Highly recommend this hotel! A+++

Location Great - Dorm style Basic Rooms

If you like a school dorm room then this hotel will meet your needs. It’s a 2* hostel not a hotel.
Positives:
LOCATION - in the heart of the old area. Perfect!
Clean space
Comfy Beds
Water from tap drinkable (no glasses tho)
Lots of plug in for your devices
Wi-Fi is okay
Good breakfast (buffet style with tomatoes/cukes, eggs, sausage, nice bread & crepes and a coffee).
Negatives:
-Basic furnishings
-No luggage rack
-Room only 10’x12’ - not a lot of room for a suitcase.
-No kettle, cups, glasses or coffee/tea. Nothing except a fridge and a couple of coat hangers. (A kettle was supplied once asked but no cups)
-no products except a tiny bar of soap that didn’t lather and some multi-gel in the shower
-No safe - so you to carry your passports, monies and documents with you throughout the day.
-Large key you have to carry around or leave at an unmanned hotel desk.
-Shower with floating crappy shower curtain with stains allows for the water to run all over the floor. The wall/moulding of the room shows the water damage.
-TV has CNN & BBC on menu but tv satellite doesn’t work.
-Fan for heat is old and broken pieces on wand
-You can hear everyone entering and leaving their rooms.
-Front desk unmanned day & night. Feels very open and unsafe.
-Room somewhat cleaned / garbage remains, no toilet paper added, towels not changed but bed was made.
-rooms that face the road are subject to very loud bars & music on weekends
-The place is very basic and not a reliable tour company choice. Not good for mobility issues as stairs to rooms and breakfast. No elevator

Disappointed

It's a pity that in such a comfortable hotel, with well-educated and helpful staff, perfect location, we couldn't sleep all night. The reason was that some teenage athletes were shouting throughout the night without reason. Even their coach or supervisor seemed enthusiastic about the chaos.

Handy for everything with friendly and helpful staff

We stayed here for 2 nights before popping up to Theth for one night. Our trip was helpfully arranged with mini bus pick up and the hotel kept some of our luggage for us. Lisa - ( sic) at reception was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good as was the packed one we received for our early morning departure to Theth. Excellent value - rooms clean and well looked after.

This was an incredible experience.
In the center of the town, perfect location
Room totally renovated.
Very nice people.
Bar very good.
Breakfast excellent.
And price unbelievable.
If we come in the area again we will certainly come back here.
