Amazing hotel

Very very nice hotel with clean rooms perfect location near to center nice accomodation the brakfast wos amazing and beatiful view i love this hotel its amazing and the staff & service wos perfect

Truly SHOCKING safety and hygiene standards!!!

It’s hard to know where to start! I’ve now travelled to 45 countries and can’t remember when I last found reason to badly review a hotel. I’m not even sure these premises qualify for the definition of ‘hotel’.
I was in room 8, at the top, and pretty much everything in the room was broken, dirty or unsafe.
Electrical switches were broken;
Hinges of the glass door to the en-suite had collapsed;
The shower poured water from above the shower head, spouting water upwards to the ceiling;
The basin mirror was a free-standing sheet of mirror-glass, balancing loose on top of the basin;
The basin had a bar of unwrapped, half-used soap. I don’t known if it’s expected that I should use a bar of soap on my body, that somebody else has already used;
Corners of the floor were so filthy, that they appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks!
Admittedly, I paid a budget rate within the capital, but surely there are minimum safety and hygiene standards that have to be met.
I immediately tried looking for alternative accommodation but, at short notice, that became impossible.
The only positives are that the reception staff were very friendly (although seemed embarrassed by my comments of the room), and the linens and towels were fresh and clean.

A nightmare night

Dirty hotel, very steep stairs (part without handrails). Dust and mosquitoes, here is our only night in this hotel.

Very good services

The rooms are very clean and the service was there for evrything. Near the center and we can find easly every thing we need. The prices are very cheap for that type of hotel. I would like to stay more there, so confortable.

Very nise hotel. Good price. Near centre. You can find the hotel very Easy. In the centre of Tirana and near New pazar. Taxi place is there and Easy to GO every here. Prices are so cheap and stuff is so gentle
