Horrible
First of all, we were not informed that the payment had to be made in cash. We arrived in the afternoon and, when we explained to the receptionist that we could not pay in cash because our card was digital and not physical, he said he would call the boss. The following day, the boss arrived and insisted that the payment should only be made in cash. When we said we couldn't do it, she said she'd talk to the boss.
That night, around midnight, a tall, skinny boy came into our room, lay down in our bed while we were also lying down, and this created a lot of discomfort for us. He pointed to his credit card, trying to make us realize we had to pay for the hotel through that card.
We tried to explain to him that it was not possible to make a transfer with the card details, but we needed the IBAN code. After we finally got the IBAN, we tried to make the transfer, but it was not successful. In the end, we offered to leave him our ID card as collateral, but he refused, saying he didn't like the idea. So, in the middle of the night, my mom, brother and I had to go down the street looking for an ATM to withdraw the money. The only reason we were able to take the money was thanks to the use of another card that was not to be used for the trip to Albania, but that we were forced to use. This caused us a lot of discomfort.
Also, the breakfast included was really poor: just a soda like coffee or cappuccino and a brioche or piece of cake. If we wanted more, we had to pay extra. The room was dirty, with a smell of smoke, mold in the bathroom, dirty curtains and a broken chandelier. The sheets and towels were old and worn.
Finally, our room was next to the bar that belongs to the hotel and at night the noise of people watching the games prevented us from sleeping well.During our stay there was the Euro, so the noise and outdoor light disturbed us a lot.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel because of our bad experience.

Do not stay
Bar good rooms not good. Suffers from a complete lack of supervision by the owners. I stayed 4 nights. On one occasion there was a full scale domestic fight taking place on the landing outside my room with no intervention by staff ie what staff.
Better and safer places to stay in Tirana

There is NO parking at the hotel. Street parking if you find a spot.
Arrived in the room the shower water is cold, towels pierced.
And finally, breakfast with hood (bad), a croissant and nothing else!
